Financial provision on relationship breakdown in Ireland

Dr Lucy-Ann Buckley, a member of the Gender and Public Policy research cluster has recently published an article examining the issue of financial provision on the breakdown of marriage and other relationships, with particular reference to constitutional property rights, protection of the family and equality considerations.
