Take your writing on a mini-break:
The Writers’ Retreat for staff offers three days of mental and physical space that is removed from the work environment and focused entirely on advancing a piece of writing. The retreat takes place in the Connemara Coast Hotel, which is both a short drive from Galway and yet completely away from other work distractions.
Feedback from participants indicates that the environment supports high writing productivity during the retreat, and that the strategies learnt continue to benefit their writing long after the retreat has ended.
The next retreat will run from Monday 24th to Wednesday 26th April, 2017. You are welcome to attend as a day-participant or to stay overnight for full immersion. The costs of the daily programme are funded by the Whitaker Institute. Meals and accommodation costs are the responsibility of participants.
