CIMA workshop

This workshop is aimed at CIMA members interested in managing or supporting innovation, either as part of the finance unit or as a leader of other business units such as R&D, operations, sales, commercial, and marketing.

Participants will learn about the following:
Role of management controls at different stages of the innovation process
Balancing creativity and efficiency in the innovation process
Role of belief systems, strategy and boundaries in innovation
Using feedback and measurement systems in innovation

The session will be interactive and will present opportunities to question assumptions, share experiences and discuss challenges for managing innovation.
