Bio: Niall Wall is currently helping Symantec’s new CEO chart a new strategy for the company. Most recently he was Vice President and General Manager of the Norton.cloud business unit at Symantec. This business is focused on enabling consumers to protect, access and share data in their personal cloud securely. Under Niall’s leadership, this business achieved #1 market leadership position in online backup.

Niall joined Symantec in 2002 and served as Vice President, Business Development and Alliances and led the BD and Alliances function during and after the Veritas merger, to this day the largest M&A transaction in the history of the Software Industry. Prior to joining Symantec, he served as Director of Product Marketing and Product Management at Oracle and a Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Angara Ecommerce Services, a private Kleiner-backed startup which was eventually sold to Personify. Wall has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Masters in Business Studies degree from National University Ireland in Galway, Ireland.
