Research Symposium
The Whitaker Institute is hosting a research symposium on the Friday, 30th August 2013 on Entrepreneurial Universities, Technology and Knowledge Transfer as part of the Knowledge Society pillar of the Irish Social Science Platform funded by PRTLI Cycle 4.
The objectives of this research symposium are:
• to discuss some fundamental questions central to entrepreneurial universities and technology and knowledge transfer;
• to explore the different mechanisms, supports and outcomes of technology and knowledge transfer;
• to share recently conducted empirical studies on entrepreneurial universities and knowledge technology transfer;
• to provide networking opportunities among a community of researchers that are interested in conducting empirical studies on the different aspects of entrepreneurial universities, technology and knowledge transfer.
