The cultural standards of Bosnia and Herzegovina: empirical findings and implications for strategic human resource management

Dr Hirt is part of a Faculty Erasmus exchange between NUI Galway and University of Graz, Austria. He will be visiting NUI Galway on 25 – 26 March and will be teaching post graduate and undergraduate students in International Human Resource Management and Cross Cultural Management.

Dr Hirt lectures on Personnel Development, Strategic Human Resource Management, General Management, Cross Cultural Management, Globalization and Strategies of Internationalization, Management of Complex Systems, Knowledge Management. Dr Hirt’s research focuses on Cross Cultural Management and Business Ethics and International Human Resource Management. He is fluent in 5 languages: German (native); English; French; Italian; Japanese and is continuing to develop his Hungarian.
