The Work, Society and Governance Research Cluster of the Institute for Business Social Science and Public Policy, NUI Galway will sponsor the Annual James Connolly Memorial Seminar. This Public Lecture takes place at the SAC room, Ground Floor Cairnes Building at 3pm. All are welcome. This Public Lecture will be given by Professor James Wickham, of Trinity College Dublin, on 24th October 2012. Professor Wickham will speak on the topic of Migration, Industrial relations and the European Social Model. This issue relates closely to the research interests of members of the Work, Society and Governance cluster, including Dr Tony Royles current project on Industrial Relations and Social Dialogue in Europe, supported by the European Commission, among others.
