Using mobile technologies for effective health behaviour change

mHealth is the practice of medicine and allied healthcare or self-care supported by personal mobile devices, and has enormous potential to enhance healthcare delivery in terms of efficacy and cost efficiency. However, quality research must provide the evidence base required for this to occur. The mHealth research group is leading high quality multidisciplinary research in this area.
