HRMJ makes substantial improvement on debut Impact Factor

Human Resource Management Journal now boasts an impact factor of 1.558.  This places HRMJ above most of its American and European competitor journals as 4th in industrial and labour relations category in the world, and in the second quartile of all management journals.  HRMJ is a Wiley Journal co-edited by Professor Tony Dundon of the Management Discipline, College of Business, Public Policy and Law, and the editorial office is based in the Whitaker Institute.
