In this seminar we will give an overview of the use of BCT lists to code the components of published interventions and to identify effective techniques across studies in systematic reviews. We will provide examples of published systematic reviews using these methods and Jenny Mc Sharry will discuss her experience of conducting a recent review exploring which BCTs are effective at increasing physical activity in older adults.
