Dr Srinivas Raghavendra contributes to an international conference at the IMF.

Dr Srinivas Raghavendra, a member of the Macroeconomics and Finance research cluster was invited to address an International Monetary Fund conference on Gender and Macroeconomics in Washington DC in March.   Dr. Raghavendra’s talk was based on his work on the macroeconomic loss due to violence against women.  His paper “Estimating the Macroeconomic Loss of Violence Against Women Using the Social Accounting Framework: Viet Nam” is available to download from the conference website (Day 2, session 3).
